App audit (current 1.9.21 vs. site footer 1.3.3) found the site ~14 releases behind on content and missing whole feature areas. Jotted the gap list and a prioritised plan so we can step through it rather than redoing the survey each time. P0 (critical freshness + Calendar/Relay rewrite + plugin details), P1 (gallery + workflows + real CTA targets), P2 (demo GIF, keyboard ref, theming preview, changelog box, comparison table).
